Preamble

These General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter "CGV") govern the contractual relations between any natural or legal person (hereinafter "the Customer") wishing to make a purchase on the suppa.fr website (hereinafter "the Site") and the company Suppa SAS (hereinafter "the Seller"). Any order placed on the Site assumes unreserved acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions by the Customer.

Article 1: object

The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of products offered by the Seller to the Customer on the Site.

Article 2 - Products

The products offered for sale are those which appear on the Site on the day of consultation by the Customer. The products are described and presented with the greatest possible accuracy.

Article 3 - Price

Product prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs are specified when finalizing the order and depend on the delivery method chosen by the Customer.

Article 4 - Order

The Customer places his order online, from the online catalog. Any order constitutes acceptance of the prices and descriptions of the products available for sale. The Seller will acknowledge receipt of the order by sending a confirmation email.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is made online by credit card or any other means offered on the Site. Payment information is encrypted and secured in accordance with current standards.

Article 6 - Delivery

The products are delivered to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering. The Seller undertakes to ship the products within the deadlines indicated on the Site, except in cases of force majeure.

Article 7 - Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the legal provisions in force, the Customer has a period of 30 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties.

Article 8 - Return of products

In the event of withdrawal, the Customer must return the products in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions) to the address indicated by the Seller. Return costs are the responsibility of the Customer.

Article 9 - Protection of personal data

In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal information collected on the Site is used only in the context of order management and the commercial relationship with the Customer. The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete his personal data, which he can exercise by sending an email to contact@suppa.fr .

Article 10 - Liability

The Seller cannot be held responsible for damage resulting from improper use of the purchased product. The Seller cannot be held liable for any inconveniences or damages inherent in the use of the Internet network, in particular a disruption in service, an external intrusion or the presence of computer viruses.

Article 11 - Intellectual property

All elements of the Site are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of the Seller. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, redistribute, or use for any reason whatsoever, even partially, elements of the Site.

Article 12 - Applicable law

These General Terms and Conditions are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, the French courts will have sole jurisdiction.
