Plastic

At Suppa, we have chosen to use PLA (polylactic acid) to manufacture our products, including our revolutionary pipette holder, Suppa One. This material offers many advantages in terms of durability, respect for the environment and performance.

Biodegradable and Biosourced

PLA is a biodegradable plastic made from renewable resources such as corn starch, sugar cane or sugar beet. Unlike traditional petroleum-derived plastics, PLA breaks down naturally in industrial composting environments, reducing its environmental impact.

PLA Non Toxique et Sûr pour l'Usage Quotidien

Non-Toxic and Safe for Daily Use

PLA is non-toxic and does not release harmful substances when in contact with food or medical products. This makes it an ideal material for products used every day, ensuring the safety of users.

High Quality and Durability

PLA offers excellent 3D printing quality, allowing the creation of precise and robust products. Its durability ensures a long life for our products, reducing the need for frequent replacements and contributing to the reduction of waste.

  • Reduction of the Carbon Footprint 🌍

The production of PLA generates fewer greenhouse gases compared to traditional plastics. By using renewable plant resources, PLA contributes to reducing our carbon footprint and the fight against climate change.

  • Contribution to the Circular Economy 🔄

PLA fits perfectly into a circular economy model. After use, PLA products can be industrially composted, thus completing the product life cycle in an ecological and sustainable way.
